I have purchased a busy software in APRIL 2016 till the time i was traditional businessman who takes his accounts taken for granted but somebody recommend my BUSY. Then i contact mr Dhanesh Bhardwaj (galaxy infotech agra), he assured me all kind of support.later on after 1 year (end of financial year ) i request him to spilit the data for last FY he do not take any interest in that after a lot of request he takes me on team viewer and tell me that he has forgotten my maste. I intended to give 0 star, but there is no option for it.

These people are indulged in bad marketing practices for selling their Software. Though the software is an average but the support is nil.

They have a lot of people for marketing and sales but none for support we you ask for. Buy this software only if you can handle without support (its not advisable bcoz problems occur often and you need them for upgrades like current GST scene). They have sent a series of pampering t. Ext messages in advance about 20-25 days before the implementation date, urging to upgrade to GST complaint version immediately to avoid last minute rush.

On my confirmation, they sent a guy to upgrade the software, who came and made some changes using the dongle and updated us that now the software will be automatically upgraded to GST version on 1st of July. He collected the cheque for same which was cleared the next day. But it havent, now they are not responding properly on phone, disconnect the phone saying sorry we cant send a person.

Most of the numbers are not working, some of the keep on ringing forever and by luck you connect with someone, she is not ready to help. Even they dont have an escalation matrix that is there is no senior profile, to whom you may escalate your complaint to.
